ABOUT
Hanaura Partners is a boutique consultancy and venture investment firm. We invest in and groom entrepreneurs to unlock and maximise the value of their business ventures and projects through the capital markets.
Founded in 2021, we have successfully helped entrepreneurs from various industries to raise funding from select investors and also guided them in their preparation to list their companies on the stock exchange of Malaysia.
We want to bring together like-minded people - entrepreneurs, investors, professionals/service providers - to create an ecosystem that promotes growth, wealth creation, and knowledge/expertise sharing.
OUR TEAM
Founded in 2021 by professionals from the investment banking/corporate finance industry experienced in IPOs, we set out a boutique consultancy to guide business owners in accessing capital markets and be their long-term corporate partner in the progress and growth.
We focus on wealth and value creation, sharing of knowledge and experience, and long-term partnership in both our internal and external relationships.
OUR ACTIVITIES
We use our knowledge and experience in the financial industry to help our partners and clients make their companies bankable and investable. We also make investments in promising companies, and especially those that have ESG elements.

Applying our knowledge in the finance and investment field, we help entrepreneurs with the structure and governance of the their companies to make them more 'investor-ready' and 'bank-ready'.
Investments / Special Projects
We get on the ground to help our investee companies and entrepreneurs maximizing and realizing their business's value. We focus on impactful and ESG-oriented projects/investments.
